You agree to notify bt666 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bt666 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been accessed without authorisation.

All information provided during registration and subsequent account usage must be in the User's own name and must accurately reflect the User's identity. The use of nicknames, aliases, or false identities is not permitted and will result in account closure.

As part of this commitment, the Platform applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its users. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, unexpired Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. All details — including name, date of birth, and ID number — must be clearly legible.

The Platform may reference Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — as familiar local options for users in Pakistan. bt666 processes withdrawals in accordance with the operator's current cashier policy. Withdrawals are typically returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical and policy constraints. bt666 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines, as processing duration depends on both the operator's internal review process and the payment provider's own timelines.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering / Rollover: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Users must wager the required multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum bet per round or per spin applies while Bonus Funds are active in your account. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Illustrative example: a maximum single bet of PKR 1,000 applies during active bonus play.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100% while table games, live dealer games, and other categories may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the applicable bonus terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bt666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

bt666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where bt666 reasonably determines that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The User's account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• The User's account has been flagged under applicable anti-money laundering checks.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose bt666 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited conduct, bt666 reserves the right to withhold the account balance, including Real Money Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the operator's policies.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining Real Money Funds (subject to completed KYC and outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned via the User's registered payment method.
